"This plan was so effective Alhamdullilah, I intend to use several of the recipes in my meal binder to include in our weekly meal plans. The suhoor ideas were especially useful and I have continued to use them as breakfast/snack options to curb sugar cravings. On the plan; I lost weight, had clearer skin, didn't fry a single thing (we don't usually eat fried food but are tempted to in Ramadan sometimes!), we've barely eaten white rice, I only felt the need to drink 3 cups of coffee in 23 days which is unheard of, and I even managed to work out for 10 minutes every day with an app. I feel like that and the meal plan went hand in hand to work really well for me Alhamdullilah. Thank you Nazima and Chelsea - it's obvious a lot of work went into the plan and I am so happy to have benefitted from it"

"The Ramadan Meal Plan has truly simplified what used to be a major pain point every year — ironically, the food! I was tired of spending precious daytime hours planning and figuring out what to serve each day, time that’s better spent on ibadah. So when I heard about the Ramadan Meal Plan, I knew I had to give it a shot, and Alhamdulillah it has contributed to one of my best Ramadans yet! The meals are very simple, not long and elaborate dishes that take hours to prepare. I learned not only what to eat, but how to eat, in order to stay energized throughout the long fasting hours. I love that sunnah foods are highlighted through out the book, and I used the helpful list of quick, nutritious snacks almost everyday. Thank you, Nazima and Chelsea, for creating something that finally helped me simplify my kitchen routine in Ramadan, so I can use my time and energy more wisely and efficiently."

Is this what your past Ramadans have looked like?
You are spending too much time in the kitchen figuring out what to make for suhoor and iftar.
You eat the wrong foods at suhoor and by the time we wake up to start your day, you are already starving.
You feel exhausted, bloated, and uncomfortable after breaking your fast because you are overeating at iftar
You are unable to be as productive in your day to day tasks as well as your spiritual goals because of your low energy levels.
If any of these sound like you, know that this Ramadan doesn't have to be the same. The Ramadan Meal Plan is designed to help you have a more energized month of fasting.
The Ramadan Meal Plan will help you:
Improve your energy levels throughout your fast
Decrease the amount of time spent in the kitchen
Have nutritiously balanced meals for suhoor, iftar, and post-iftar snacks
Spend less time at the grocery store during Ramadan since you know exactly what to buy
"I used The Ramadan Meal Plan to prep and cook my meals in 2018 and it was a game-changer!
Alhamdulillah so many easy, delicious and healthy recipes and ideas for suhoor and iftaar; at a time when the key focus should be on ibaadah and dhikr, it completely absolved me of having to exhaust myself thinking about what to cook, and this was the biggest bonus for me. It was probably the healthiest Ramadan yet for my family and I! Really looking forward to this Ramadan with the intention that it will be another healthy one inshaAllah. JazakAllah khair for this much needed resource."
