Living a healthy lifestyle is not only about what you eat but also about how often you move your body. You may be spending most of your day sitting, whether that is because of your commute, school, work, or just don't seem to find time to be active.
Time - it is one of the biggest obstacles I hear most of my clients tell me when it comes to including physical activity in their daily life. Here's the thing though, if you spend 30 minutes out of your day exercising, you are only using up ~2% of your day! So I want you to re-frame your biggest obstacle. As they say, old habits die hard. The biggest obstacle to being more active may not actually be time, it is most likely that you are not in the habit of being active. My advice? Just start. Even if you don't feel like it, just start. However, it can be overwhelming to know where to start.
