Summer may be coming to an end but that doesn’t mean you have to say goodbye to your ice cold drinks! A stop at the local coffee shop for an iced beverage may be a part of your summer routine. Or maybe you stock up on juices at home for a thirst-quenching option for the family.

As refreshing as these ice cold drinks may be, they can quickly add up in calories and sugar. Iced tea, iced coffee, juices, and pop can pack in anywhere from 5-10 teaspoons of sugar per serving! Rather than giving up these flavourful beverages completely, making your own can help cut down on the sugar while allowing you and your family to enjoy an iced cold beverage on a hot summer day.
One of my favourite ice cold beverages is iced tea so I teamed up with Tea India and created four refreshing iced teas you need to try before the summer is over! Whether you prefer a classic iced tea or are looking for a South Asian twist with a glass of iced chai, there is something for everyone.
