Here is a breakdown of what will be included in the program week by week:
Week 1: Prep work and self-reflection. This week is designed to help you reflect and understand your current lifestyle and help you develop health goals that you can work towards over the next 12 weeks.
Week 2-5: you will receive complete meal plans, recipes, and grocery lists
Week 6-9: you will have the opportunity to submit your own recipes and have them converted into weekly meal plans, recipes, and grocery lists based on member requests. This phase is designed to start getting you comfortable with meal planning and allow you to incorporate your favourite recipes.
Week 10-12: These are mastery weeks where you will be developing your own meal plans, recipes, and grocery lists. This phase is designed to prepare you to do weekly meal planning independently so that at the end of this program, you will be able to continue meal planning on your own.
Week 2-6: Exercise routines 3 times a week. The exercise routines will require no additional weights or equipment.
Week 7-12: Exercise routines 3 times a week. The exercise routines will incorporate simple weights that can still be completed at home.
Throughout this program you will also receive support, which is usually a huge obstacle to developing healthy habits. You will have access to a private Facebook community where you will receive support from:
