Yesterday, I hosted a live webinar on How to Finally Achieve Your Health Goals in 2017. It was a great opportunity to speak to many of you and talk about how you can improve your health over the next 12 months.

This is your opportunity to ask general healthy eating questions, questions relating to the monthly health goal, or join in and listen to questions from other members. Videos will be streamed live every third Wednesday of the month at 7pm EST.
